The Role
We’re looking for someone to join us in a hands-on customer service and sales support role.
This isn’t a call centre job — it’s a position where you’ll:
* speak directly with customers
* process and manage orders
* help identify the right products
* take ownership of enquiries from start to finish
You’ll be working in a technical, product-based environment, learning about filtration products and supporting customers in making the right decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Preparing quotations and following up where required
* Supporting customers with product identification and selection
* Liaising with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams
* Maintaining accurate records using Sage 50, CRM, and internal systems

What You’ll Get
* £25,740 salary
* 37.5 hours per week (9:00am – 5:00pm)
* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
