They have just won a couple of exciting new projects and are looking for a
Service Designer
to join their team and assist with the continued scaling and optimisation of these.
Their ideal candidate would have good knowledge and experience within:
* Service Design Process (artefacts, outputs)
* User-Centricity (journeys, personas)
* Service Architecture (blueprints, concepts)
* Government Digital Service (GDS)
* Agile/Scrum Environment
In return they would be offering
