# Lawyer## Job Information You will join the Regulation Team, one of three teams within legal services. Expertise in planning and highways law is essential, you will be asked to draft agreements and provide advice on general planning and highways matters as well as enforcement. Attendance at planning committees which are held in person at various locations in Northumberland would also be preferred. The post has a salary of between £50,269 - £54,495 (band 10) this will be paid pro rata as this is a part-time position (22.2 hours). This would also be a fixed term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave. The working arrangements are flexible, including the opportunity to work predominantly from home. The Council is looking for a qualified solicitor or barrister or fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives who holds a currentpracticing certificate.
