What You'll Be Doing
* Support Heal Care Group to raise the bar for children in care in everything that we do.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring outstanding care for children.
* Ensure compliance with The Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Ofsted requirements, and all relevant legislation.
* Provide strong leadership, guiding and developing a high-performing care team.
* Maintain and improve safeguarding standards, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child.
* Manage referrals and placements, ensuring the right support is in place for each child.
* Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with external agencies.
* Promote education and life skills, supporting children to reach their full potential.
* Maintain high-quality record keeping, reporting, and monitoring systems.
* Ensure the home is well-presented, welcoming, and maintained to a high standard.

What We're Looking For
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete).
* At least 2 years' experience in a management role within a children's residential setting.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and Ofsted regulations.
* Ability to inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing care team.
* A full UK driver's license.
