Job Description:
* Lead and deliverhigh-quality learning activitiesacross the curriculum, including covering classes during teacher absence
* Support pupils withdifferentiated learning, including those withSENDandEAL
* Work closely with class teachers to plan, prepare, and assess learning activities
* Foster apositive and inclusive learning environmentthat promotesindependence,confidence, andengagement
* Provide targeted interventions inliteracy,numeracy, andsocial-emotional development
* Contribute to the wider school community throughenrichment activities,school events, andpastoral support
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* HoldHLTA statusor be working towards it, with relevant experience in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential)
* Be aproactive and reflective practitionerwith strongbehaviour managementandcommunicationskills
* Demonstrate a commitment toinclusive education,safeguarding, andpupil wellbeing
* Be confident in delivering lessons and supporting pupils acrossKey Stages 1 and 2
* Be enthusiastic aboutteam collaboration,professional growth, andchild-centred learning
