Overview
Oskar operates a private property network in Prime Central London, connecting 450 buying and selling agents who collectively represent over £2bn in retained searches and £3bn in listings. The platform allows buying agents to distribute searches discreetly while connecting selling agents with qualified buyers for properties above £2m and off-market opportunities.
In 2026, Oskar will launch a new platform with enhanced AI-powered matching and expand nationwide, covering London, the Home Counties, and all major high-value property markets across the UK.
THE ROLE
We\'re looking for an exceptional B2B Sales and Marketing Director to build our estate agent network and partnerships from the ground up. You\'ll be responsible for the entire B2B strategy, from recruitment and onboarding to activation and ongoing engagement, establishing Oskar as the essential tool for agents selling premium properties across the UK.
This is a founding team role with significant autonomy and impact. You\'ll work directly with the founding team to develop the B2B go-to-market strategy, create the agent acquisition playbook, and build the partnerships that underpin Oskar value proposition.
You\'ll join a small, ambitious team building something genuinely new in the property market.
WHAT YOU\'LL DO
* B2B strategy and planning: Develop and execute the complete B2B go-to-market strategy
* B2B strategy and planning: Create the agent acquisition roadmap, prioritising geographies and agency types for phased rollout
* B2B strategy and planning: Define success metrics and build measurement framework for agent acquisition, engagement, and platform performance
* Onboarding, activation and engagement: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding process for agents joining the platform
* Onboarding, activation and engagement: Train agents on how to use Oskar effectively, maximising listing quality and buyer engagement
* Onboarding, activation and engagement: Drive agent behaviour to list properties actively (including QOTM/off-market stock and Oskar Exclusives) and respond to buying agent enquiries
* Onboarding, activation and engagement: Work with the account management team to ensure agent satisfaction and sustained engagement
* Onboarding, activation and engagement: Identify and resolve barriers to adoption, feeding insights back to product and marketing teams
* B2B marketing and content: Input into the content strategy for agent audiences
* B2B marketing and content: Develop B2B marketing collateral, sales decks, and pitch materials tailored to different agency types and seniority levels
* B2B marketing and content: Test and refine messaging to address agent pain points, overcome objections, and communicate value effectively

* B2B marketing and content: Contribute to launch campaign design across B2B channels (working with ATL creative, PR, and media planning partners)
* Team leadership and collaboration: Opportunity to build and lead B2B sales and marketing function as the business scales

WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience and skills
* Estate agency or property sector experience:Deep understanding of how estate agencies work, the agent mindset, and what drives agent behaviour. You speak their language and command immediate credibility.
* B2B sales leadership: Proven track record building B2B sales functions and strategies from scratch. You\'ve hit ambitious acquisition targets and scaled partnerships.
* Strategic thinking: Ability to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies while executing hands-on. You balance long-term vision with immediate tactical needs and can pivot when required.
* Relationship building: Exceptional at building trust quickly with everyone from C-suite to frontline sales agents. You\'re persuasive, credible, and genuinely likeable.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and building from zero. You create playbooks rather than following them and thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
* Marketing expertise: Strong B2B marketing skills including content strategy, messaging development, and channel planning. You can create compelling materials that drive action.
* Results-driven: Relentlessly focused on metrics and outcomes. You\'ve consistently met and exceeded ambitious acquisition and engagement targets.
Highly Desirable
* Experience in PropTech, marketplace businesses, or platform sales
* Experience launching new products or services in established markets
* Existing relationships with estate agencies across London and Home Counties
* Experience working with external partners (creative agencies, PR firms, media planners)
* Track record building and leading high-performing sales teams
