About the Role
Our client, a dynamic consultancy, is seeking a Head of Data and Technology to lead their growing data function. This senior leadership role oversees a team of 5–7 data professionals and plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s data strategy, technology roadmap, and client delivery.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in data engineering, architecture, and cloud technologies and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of 5–7 data professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Oversee design and implementation of scalable data platforms, pipelines, and CRM integrations.
* Ensure high standards in data architecture, including models, warehouse schemas, and metadata frameworks.
* Act as a trusted client advisor, translating complex business requirements into technology solutions.
* Support business growth through proposals, pitches, and client engagement.
