(CCCWK) was founded by Guy Ritchie and is home to the WildKitchen, WildTent, and WildTable. Combining Guy's love of fire, BBQ's and the great outdoors, these high-end, outdoor lifestyle products bring a brand-new way to cook, gather and eat outdoors. It is finally possible to enjoy al fresco dining all year round, within the world's first, fully-retractable canvas and hardwood WildTent, whilst cooking on the unique WildTable. The products have featured in Guy Ritchie's films and TV series including the very successful The Gentlemen TV series on Netflix.
The company, which launched at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2021, has been through an extensive process of research and development, and is now looking to increase sales and production both in the UK, and to a wider international market. WildKitchens have already been sold to clients in USA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
The Role
CCCWK are looking for an experienced Head of Operations & Procurement to join our small but growing team. The Head of Operations & Procurement will play an essential role in the smooth running of the operational side of the business, including responsibility for production and fulfilment of customer orders, international shipping where relevant, stock procurement and health & safety.
The role will report directly to the General Manager, and form a key part of the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a post-startup, scaling business. Improving processes and systems, introducing controls and maximising efficiency will be key to the successful performance of the role. Sound judgement, good decision-making and initiative are key, and once established the Head of Operations & Procurement will cover aspects of the General Manager's role when they are away from the business. As with the products and brand, a high level of commitment to quality and detail is essential in everything that we do.
The role will work closely with every aspect of the business to drive the organisation forward operationally, to ensure we can meet growing demand and to remove the barriers to growth along the way.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
WildKitchen & WildTent Team
· Line manager to the Tent Team Manager
· Oversight for all activities undertaken by the Tent Team, including WildKitchen builds, shipping, installations and repairs
· Work with the Tent Team Manager and Head of Sales to maintain an up to date order management timeline
· Work with the Customer Services Team, Tent Team and Design Team to troubleshoot problems, create solutions and manage clients professionally to schedule timely repairs
· Infrequently support the Tent Team with installations and repairs
Warehouse & Stock Management
· Line manager to the Warehouse Manager
· Support the Warehouse Manager to establish internal processes for the efficient preparation and delivery of WildTables
· Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure stock accuracy and to oversee the annual stock audit process
· Infrequently support the Warehouse Team to prepare and deliver WildTables, Furniture and Accessories when short staffed
Procurement
· Responsibility for the procurement of all stock. Review existing and prospective customer orders and place appropriate stock orders with suppliers
· Ensure suppliers who are manufacturing products for CCCWK are always using the most up to date product drawings
· Ensure we have backup supplier cover for all key products and materials
· Revisit the terms for regular suppliers to negotiate pricing and margin, price breaks for quantity, lead times, courier costs, credit limits etc.
· Review the additional costs for importing stock from international suppliers, along with customs charges, to ensure we are capturing accurate cost prices on the stock system
Shipping & Logistics
· Primary CCCWK contact with the preferred shipping agent for all international orders
· Responsibility for arranging the shipping of international orders in conjunction with the customer and shipping agent and supported by the Warehouse Manager
· Liaise with the shipping agent to manage the delivery of international WildKitchen orders to site to align with the CCCWK installation team
Health & Safety

Responsibility for Health & Safety in both the office, warehouse and at client sites.
The day to day responsibilities will often fall to the Warehouse Manager or Tent Team Manager, but the overall responsibility and strategy will sit with the Head of Operations & Procurement
· Lead on the promotion of a robust safety-first culture from all staff within the warehouse
· Ensure adequate health and safety training for all new starters, and refresher training for existing staff is completed
Working Hours
* Basic daily hours are 8.00am to 5.30pm
* Flexibility will be required where client site visits that are further away
* For any international travel, all expenses are covered by the company
Benefits
* Annual leave is 20 days per annum, plus Bank Holidays. On a discretionary basis, the office is also closed between Christmas and New Year, which is not deducted from annual leave entitlement
* Occasional flexibility to work from home if required (expectation is generally 5 days per week from the office / warehouse)
* WildTable for use at home (there may be some BIK to pay)
