You will be responsible for delivering high-quality and professional business management administration and support across the entire function. Your duties will include supporting the smooth operation of the DDaT Directorate, attending relevant boards and committees, preparing papers, and accurately recording minutes, actions, and decisions. You will handle sensitive and confidential materials, ensure timely processing of orders, invoicing, and payments, and organize various meetings, workshops, and forums while maintaining high professional standards.
