This supported induction period offers hands-on experience, training, and the chance to become fully embedded in our approach to care before transferring to Walker House as part of its founding team. Shift Pattern: 12-hour Day shifts- 7.30am to 8.00pm 42 hours weekly Every other weekend included Requirements: A full UK manual driver’s license preffered Passionate about providing high-quality care and promoting independence Friendly, patient, and flexible with strong communication skills What you will be doing: Acting as a role model by leading and supervising carers day-to-day, working alongside them and completing regular staff appraisals. Ensure good team working. Motivate, support and mentor the staff when needed. Organising staff allocations and breaks Promote the professional image of the services through excellent communication, appropriate behaviour and professional appearance.
