Exceptional opportunity for an Executive Personal Assistant to support UHNW Principals with high‑level administrative and operational duties. This role requires absolute confidentiality, impeccable standards, and a calm, proactive approach within a fast‑paced private environment.
Candidates must live within a 30‑minute commute of Mayfair.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Complex calendar management across business and personal schedules
\t
* Immediate actioning of forwarded emails and follow‑ups
\t
* Anticipating needs and ensuring seamless daily operations
\t
* Scheduling personal diary appointments
\t
* Managing glam/resource vendor schedules
\t
* Maintaining and updating inventories
\t
* Managing and organising contact lists
\t
* Preparing notes, memos, letters, and reports
\t
* Coordinating travel and producing detailed itineraries
\t
* Travelling at short notice, including internationally
\t
* Managing mail, filing systems, and Dropbox organisation
\t
* Supporting planning and coordination of events across multiple locations
\t
* Handling invitations, RSVPs, and liaising with House Manager, F&B Manager, Chef, Florist, and planners
\t
* Receiving VIP guests
\t
* Attending meetings, preparing documents, agendas, and minutes
\t
* Running errands as required
\t
* Providing weekly reports to the principal
\t
* Coordinating cover for other Executive Assistants
\t
* Supporting ad‑hoc projects
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
\t
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
\t
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a PA/EA to C‑suite or UHNW principals
\t
* Extensive experience working within large private households (20+ staff)
\t
* Strong UHNW household/private office background
\t
* Highly organised, detail‑driven, discreet, and reliable
\t
* Proactive, polished, and solutions‑focused
\t
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\t
* Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
\t
* Diplomatic, trustworthy, and committed to confidentiality
\t
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
\t
* Must live within a 30‑minute commute of Mayfair
