About the role
We are looking to recruit an ambitious Senior Tax Manager to join our growing Tax Team as the lead technical specialist on Property Stamp Taxes (namely SDLT, LTT, ATED, and to a lesser degree, LBTT). We would be open to candidates who may have a particular specialism within real estate such as VAT or Capital Taxes.
Description
We recognise that most Property Tax experts come from a career advising on another major tax as well, as part of a wider tax team, particularly VAT, Real Estate, or Capital Taxes. Our large client base includes land and property sector clients, and your work will mainly involve these projects.
Working with a diverse range of clients, from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses to expanding corporates, you will work on interesting and challenging tax advisory projects. You will also be involved in coaching and mentoring junior team members and supporting business development activities to help expand our presence in the Midlands market.
With support from our Tax Partners, you will have opportunities to develop your skills further and progress towards a Tax Director role. We offer flexible hybrid working arrangements, supporting a healthy work-life balance whether working from the office, home, or client sites.
