What you will do
* Provide strong and effective leadership to a team of therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
* Collaborate closely with senior management to support service delivery, quality improvements, and clinical governance.
* Oversee the entire service delivery from referral to discharge, ensuring treatment programmes meet the highest standards.
