* Supporting people with daily routines
* Helping with personal care (with dignity and respect)
* Preparing meals and sharing meaningful moments
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Being the reason someone smiles today
What We’re Looking For

* Good communication skills
* A willingness to learn (full training provided)
* A driving licence (if required for community role)
* Care experience is great — but not essential. We hire for attitude and train for skill.
