About the Company
Our client is a well-established and highly respected main contractor specialising in the delivery of high-end traditional new build projects across the South of the UK, with project values ranging up to £20 million all completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish.
As their business continues to grow, they are now seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finishing Manager to join their dedicated team.
The Role
The Finishing Manager will play a key role in the successful delivery of luxury projects, ensuring all finishing works meet the client’s exacting standards for quality and detail. You will be responsible for managing internal finishes, coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, and driving quality assurance through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all internal finishing works on site, ensuring a flawless final product.

Liaise closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and subcontractors to maintain programme deadlines.
*
Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all works meet design specifications and company standards.
*
Identify and resolve any snags or defects efficiently prior to project handover.
*
Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
*
Uphold the highest levels of health and safety compliance at all times.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end traditional build projects, with a keen eye for quality and precision. You’ll be someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional finishes and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and site teams alike.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finishing Manager, ideally within luxury residential or traditional build environments.
*
Excellent understanding of high-quality finishing standards, materials, and workmanship.
*
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
*
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the South of England.
