We are looking for a Team Manager to Join a Children in Need Team This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience. About the Team This role will be to manage and supervise a team of social workers, senior practitioners and other social care staff providing a service to children in need including those in need of protection and children looked after. The team manager ensures that the team's performance targets are met and the standards of the delivery of the service meet the requirements. About you A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but will help.
