Reporting into the Clinical Director, your responsibilities will include:
* Provide senior clinical leadership and oversight for the care of referred children and young people
* Deliver comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
* Work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team, participating in joint visits, care planning, and team meetings
* Contribute to citywide service developments and specialist clinics
* Participate in daily triage or referral discussions where required
* Prescribe medication or supervise the Nurse Prescriber
* Offer advice and input into complex case management and treatment planning
* Participate in service planning, audit, and quality improvement
Qualifications
* MBChB or equivalent, with relevant specialist qualification
* CCT in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (or within 6 months of completion)
* Section 12(2) Approval
* Full GMC registration and licence to practise
