Founded in 2023 by Tom Seebold (ex-Audible, EE, The New York Times), we've grown steadily and are now seeking our first in-house CRM Account Manager.
The Role: Future CRM Account Manager
This hire is driven by increasing demand and new clients, aiming to refine our processes for sustainable growth.
Ideal for someone with 3-4 years of CRM and/or email marketing experience, seeking a fast-paced environment with autonomy.
Impact You Will Make
You will manage campaigns, automated flows, and develop strong client relationships across sectors, helping clients achieve and surpass their goals.
Attention to detail and pride in your work are essential. Your ability to find those 1% improvements while working at pace sets us apart.
You will collaborate with freelance designers and copywriters to craft campaigns that deliver value and revenue.
You will analyze engagement and revenue data to produce performance reports for clients.
About You
You are based in the UK, with strong English communication skills.
You have a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing and experience with ESPs like Klaviyo and Iterable, and familiarity with Hubspot and Braze is a plus, but applications are welcome from those with other tools.
We will provide our proprietary playbook, The Intentive Approach, to support your growth.
As an entrepreneurial problem-solver, you will identify efficiencies and leverage technology to improve our processes and services.
What You Will Get
* Full-time, permanent position

* Salary: £34-38k, depending on experience
