CK Group are recruiting for a Commercial & Operational Admin Business partner, to join a diagnostics company, in this remote position with visits to their site in Burgess Hill and customers assigned, on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
From £20.00-£37.00 per hour PAYE or £26.53 - £40.00 per hour Umbrella (inside IR35).
Commercial & Operational Admin Business partner:
You will be enabling commercial and operational success through collaborative working on administrative aspects.
Included in the administration - planning, scheduling, data review and preparation, reports, contract amendments and system change requests.
You will provide great customer experience through exceptional communication, collaboration, attention to detail, prioritisation and working under pressure. Your Background:
Strong analytical, organisational and time management skills.
Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
Proactive approach and a positive can-do mindset.
React responsively and in a timely manner to queries and issues.
Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably (url removed).
Willing to learn and be challenged, self driven and motivated, capable of working with autonomy and assessing when to involve management support.
Negotiation and problem solving skills backed up by analytical capability and excellent communication/presentation skills.
Teamplayer in a matrix with the ability to influence team member activities without direct authority and across internal functions to achieve objectives.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.Company:
