Unpretentious, authentic and the firstcompany to bring conveyor belt sushi to the UK, Moshi Moshi is looking for a senior sushi chef to join our friendly team of sushi chefs.
Moshi Moshi in Liverpool Street station opened in 1994 and we have made delicious, ethical sushi ever since, using quality ingredients from around the British Isles.
The successful candidate will:
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Enjoy working in a small, friendly team of 6 chefs
Have excellent knife skills
Enjoy interaction with customers at the sushi counter
This is an opportunity for a creative chef to develop new seasonal menus as well as learn from our Master Chef finalist Creative chef.
We offer 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays a year, rising to 5 weeks after two years of consecutive service, plus we operate a paid 'bonus holiday' of 3 weeks after 4 years of service.
Hours : This position is a minimum of 30 hours, and up to 40 per week
Monday to Friday only, last orders at 9pm
£17 + / hour depending on experience plus tips.
