Responsibilities: Create and translate design concepts into detailed workwear technical specifications using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop. Develop prototypes and samples, ensuring fit, functionality, and compliance with brand standards. Conduct garment fittings and provide technical feedback to suppliers and factories. Identify and source fabrics, trims, and components suitable for workwear requirements. Manage lab-dips, trim developments, fabrics and monitor product quality throughout development stages. Ensure materials meet durability, safety, and performance standards. Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure accurate interpretation of product requirements. Ensure product compliance with relevant regulations and certifications (e.g. PPE standards for workwear). Manage critical path timelines from concept to bulk production.
