Educated to Degree Level.
Either a Level 7 Certificate in Psychometric Testing, Assessment & Access Arrangements (CCPT3A) or commitment to undertaking this qualification (thiswouldbe fully fundedif required).
Evidence of experience and/or qualities that would suggest suitability for working with and supporting the needs of post-16 students.
A commitment to future training and development.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work on own initiative.
