The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Part II Architectural Assistant (with significant experience) or a qualified Part III Architect to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to take on increased responsibility and contribute across all project stages.
Key Responsibilities
* Work across RIBA stages from concept through to completion
* Produce high-quality design and technical drawings
* Assist with planning applications, building regulations, and tender packages
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
* Attend site visits and project meetings
* Support project delivery to deadlines and budget constraints
Requirements
* Part II with substantial UK practice experience, or fully qualified Part III Architect
* Strong design and technical ability
* Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g. Adobe Suite essential, MicroStation and SketchUp beneficial)
* Sound knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable
* Experience working on residential, commercial, mixed use and hospitality.
* Experience in project running or leading small teams
* Live locally to Carshalton, Surrey/South London.
