We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join a great team in a Junior Sales Administrator role. You will be working to support the sales team, to provide great customer service and ensure a smooth process is adhered to.
The company are based near Tiptree, and are a well established small business providing specialist services to the education sector.

35 hour working week Monday to Friday

Support the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring all documents are accurate
Use IT systems and Microsoft Office to manage data and enquiry records
Liaise with different departments to ensure a smooth handover of information
Assist with general admin tasks, including data entry, invoice preparation, and credit control
Creating sales documentation required and providing general support to the team
Providing great customer service to any customer enquiriesExperience needed:
Experience providing exceptional customer service
Confident using IT systems and speaking on the phone
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
