Location: Stratford-upon-Avon / Free Parking Hours: Would look Salary: £28,000–£32,000 Working Pattern: WFH Flexibility at Peak Times Why This Role Stands Out * Part-time or full time permanent role with long-term stability * No weekends or bank holidays * WFH flexibility during peak periods (quarter days Christmas/New Year) * Free onsite parking in Stratford-upon-Avon Your Responsibilities * Raise invoices (rent, service charge, insurance, utilities) * Allocate rent payments and reconcile client accounts * Pay landlords and process supplier payments * Complete bank reconciliations in Xero * Chase arrears via email, letter, or phone * Respond to account queries * Support general office admin (filing, scanning, record keeping) * Assist during key rent dates (with WFH support at peak times) What We’re Looking For Essential * Bookkeeping/accounts experience (client money experience ideal) * Strong Xero skills * Good Excel ability * Accurate, organised, confident communicator Desirable * Property, lettings, or estate agency experience * Service charge or rent invoicing knowledge * Experience with Alto or similar systems
