Sous Chef

The role is unique because menus change every six weeks, offering continuous development of cooking skills in a fast‑paced kitchen. The Sous Chef works closely with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations, supervise staff and coordinate the delivery of high‑quality food.
Responsibilities
* Control and oversee seasoning, portioning and presentation of food.
* Promote teamwork within the kitchen and front of house.
* Communicate effectively and lead while working well with others.
* Apply knowledge of modern food preparation and food safety.
* Commit to delivering first‑class service.
* Maintain a positive attitude and multitask efficiently.
* Organise work and perform well under pressure.
