I am working with a client to recruit an experienced administrator to join them on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent. This appointment is for an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. The role will be based in Bradford initially, with a planned move to our Leeds site in the near future. Hybrid role up to 3 days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing day-to-day administrative support
2. Producing, updating and reviewing reports
3. Working extensively with Excel to manage and analyse data from reports.
4. Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
Skills & Experience Required
5. Proven experience in an administrative role
6. Strong Excel skills are essential
7. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
8. Confident working with reports and data
9. Organised, reliable and able to manage workload effectively
