Job Opportunity: Electrical Engineering Graduate
Northstone, Northern Ireland's leading manufacturer and supplier of building materials, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our team. The successful candidates will report to the Regional Operations Manager and participate in our two-year graduate development programme starting September 2025. This programme aims to develop technical, interpersonal, commercial, and management skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Learn and understand the operation and maintenance of mobile and fixed plant and equipment.
2. Participate in process projects targeting sustainability and efficiency improvements.
3. Prepare technical drawings and documentation.
4. Maintain and improve health, safety, and environmental standards.
5. Coordinate and oversee maintenance and upgrade operations under management guidance.
6. Communicate effectively with employees and contractors.
Candidate Requirements
1. Relevant third-level qualification in Electrical, Building Services, Automation Engineering, or similar.
2. Team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
3. Clean driving license.
4. Proactive, organized, results-driven, and self-motivated.
5. Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to meet strict deadlines.
8. Strong computer literacy; proficiency in AutoCAD or similar is a plus, with full training provided.
