Overview
Our client, a nationally recognised performing arts organisation, is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Marketing & Campaigns Manager to join its Brand, Audience & Digital team.
This is a pivotal role responsible for leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, expand audience reach and deepen engagement across live performance, touring and screen activity. The successful candidate will shape campaign strategy from concept to execution, ensuring creative excellence and measurable growth.
This position offers the opportunity to play a central role in audience development within a high-profile cultural organisation, contributing to ambitious growth targets and national and international touring success.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across live, touring and digital activity.
* Drive audience growth, ticket sales and engagement through data-informed marketing strategies.
* Oversee campaign planning, creative briefing and approval processes in collaboration with internal creative teams.
* Work closely with CRM, press and digital colleagues to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
* Manage marketing budgets and oversee relationships with media buying agencies and venue partners.
* Analyse sales, audience and digital performance data to inform decision-making and optimise results.
* Line manage, develop and support direct reports, fostering a high-performing team culture.
* Present campaign insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Support touring schedules and events, including occasional evening and weekend work as required.
Requirements
* Significant marketing experience within the arts, culture, entertainment or a comparable audience-focused sector.
* Proven track record of leading successful integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable sales or audience growth.
* Experience managing creative briefing processes and collaborating effectively with creative teams.
* Demonstrated experience in line management and team development.
* Strong experience managing budgets, agencies and complex stakeholder relationships.
* Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales, audience and digital data to shape strategy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strategic mindset combined with a collaborative, cross-functional working style.
* Right to work in the UK (verification required).
* Competitive salary of £36,000–£38,000 per annum.
