Main duties of the job
The postholder will design, build and maintain automated data flows to NHS England, supporting the Trusts compliance with Faster Data Flows (FDF). A key focus will be the development of data models for Community Services. As part of the Business Intelligence team, they will contribute to the Trusts vision of automating reporting using modern tools to enable self-service.They will maintain the Microsoft SQL Server data warehouse using ETL processes aligned to Kimball methodology, upholding data quality standards to support effective decision-making. The role includes safeguarding performance, security and integrity of data systems, using DevOps and change control practices to deliver efficient solutions.The postholder will translate business needs into actionable insights, create dashboards and support self-service reporting across clinical and operational teams. They will also contribute to research, service improvement and system migrations, including to cloud technologies.Mentoring colleagues and promoting best practice is expected. The successful candidate will be supported by the BI team and have access to a wide range of training and development opportunities.

* Previous experience of supporting Commissioners, Finance and Contracting departments in the provision of contract
* Experience with Community/Acute EPR systems (Meditech, SystmOne)
* Experience of Data Mining/NHS Analytical experience in an acute or community setting
Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent occupational/professional qualification or experience
