We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
In our hands-on environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build relationships essential for your business growth.
We’ll teach you excellence in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Our culture emphasizes friendly competition, which is key to growing our business and your success.
* Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or international equivalent recognized by WES and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related fields.
* Must have 6 months of experience or involvement in:
o Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
o Leadership: military, athletics, clubs, or organizations
* Must have a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
* No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
* Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future. (Note: Our Management Trainee position typically does not qualify for Permanent Residency under NOC codes.)
* Must be at least 18 years old.
