Role: Process Safety Manager (Functional Safety)
Location: Remote (UK) with international travel
Type: Permanent
SRG are supporting a leading manufacturing organisation in the process industries with the hire of a Process Safety Manager. In this role, you will help strengthen process safety performance across active sites and ongoing projects.
Key responsibilities:
* Facilitate Process Hazard Analyses such as PHA, HAZOP, LOPA
* Support Functional Safety activities (SIS/SIF) within engineering projects
* Assist in the development and improvement of process safety procedures
* Deliver training on process safety methodologies
* Contribute to incident investigations and internal audit programs
Criteria:
* BEng Chemical Engineering or related discipline
* Functional Safety qualification (CFSE, TUV FS Eng or equivalent)
* Experience with SIL assessments and risk identification methods
* Experience facilitating PHA/HAZOP studies
* Knowledge of Area Classification, Alarm Management, and Human Factors
