What You'll Be Doing
* Designing and delivering digital content for B2B e-commerce campaigns across web, email, and social platforms.
* Supporting day-to-day design needs for both digital and print.
* Creating high-quality, print-ready artwork.
* Generating fresh ideas and challenging creative briefs.
* Collaborating closely with the Graphic Design Lead and wider Marketing Team.
* Staying up to date with current design trends.
* Contributing to larger projects including brand development, exhibitions, and direct mail.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent).
* 2–4 years' experience in agency or in-house design (ideally in eCommerce or retail).
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Strong image manipulation and retouching skills.
* Experience in digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
* HTML and CSS knowledge.
* Experience with CMS-based responsive websites.
* A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
* Excellent communication and time-management skills.
* Ability to work both in-office and remotely.
Desirable:
* Experience with DotDigital or similar email platforms.
* Video editing skills (Premier, After Effects).
* B2B industry experience.
