An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lancashire Constabulary as a HR Governance Officer in the Human Resources Department at Hutton Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
If you have existing HR skills that you could bring into the HR Governance Officer role or are looking to build on your experience in a new HR discipline, this opportunity could be right for you.
You will support the Senior HR Governance Officer in providing an efficient, effective and professional HR service, through the provision of specialist advice in the areas of Grievance, Job Evaluation, and the development of Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Skills And Experience
Candidates must have a Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent or a willingness to achieve within 2 academic years of appointment. Experience of providing HR advice and guidance to managers in relation to complex queries Experience of interpreting and / or applying HR policies and procedures to unique circumstances
Vetting And Medical
Please be aware, as a condition of your appointment you must undergo and pass Recruitment Vetting
Please be aware there is a minimum 3 year UK residency requirement for Recruitment vetting and you must be 18 years old at the point of applying.
Successful applicants will also be subject to a medical assessment.
