We are looking for an experienced Content Designer to join a high-performing product team on a contract basis. This role will focus on delivering clear, user-centred content across digital product experiences within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
You will be embedded within a cross-functional team, partnering closely with product managers, designers, engineers, researchers, and data specialists to shape intuitive and impactful user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
* Craft clear, user-focused content across digital product surfaces, including web interfaces and user notifications
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and deliver high-quality product experiences
* Contribute to content standards, ensuring consistency and quality across the product ecosystem
* Participate in design reviews, providing expert content input and recommendations
* Maintain and evolve content documentation, guidelines, and best practices
* Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, quality, and efficiency
Skills & Experience
* Experience in UX writing and content design
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
* Experience using AI tools within content workflows
* Background in e-commerce or ads/product-driven environments
* Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
* User-centred thinking and strong content design craft
* Stakeholder collaboration and cross-functional teamwork
* Adaptability and ability to work at pace
* Strong attention to detail and consistency
* Proactive and self-directed work style
