My client, a leading City law firm with a strong reputation for its collaborative culture and high-quality work, is looking for an experienced Senior BD & Marketing Executive to join their Business Development & Marketing team on a six-month fixed-term contract.

Role Overview
The Senior BD & Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting and delivering business development and marketing initiatives across all practice areas. Working closely with senior managers and colleagues, you’ll help drive the firm’s profile, support client relationship growth, and contribute to the implementation of strategic business plans.
Key Responsibilities
 * Collaborate with senior managers to develop and execute business development strategies, taking responsibility for a range of projects throughout the BD & Marketing cycle.
 * Lead and support the rollout of marketing campaigns, utilising a broad mix of channels including digital content, events, PR, and thought leadership.
 * Prepare compelling pitches and proposals, managing the process from initial draft through to final delivery.
 * Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and promote cross-selling across the firm’s service lines.
 * Produce and update marketing collateral, such as practice profiles, case studies, and CVs.
 * Work alongside the Events Executive to organise and deliver high-profile seminars, roundtables, and networking events.
 * Curate and manage content for the firm’s website and internal platforms.
 * Coordinate submissions for legal directories and awards.
 * Support the ongoing development and adoption of the firm’s CRM system, encouraging best practice and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
Person Specification
 * Substantial experience in a BD & Marketing Executive role within a partnership or professional services environment, ideally legal.
 * Familiarity with CRM and campaign management tools (such as InterAction or Vuture) is advantageous.
 * Educated to degree level or holding a relevant professional qualification, or equivalent experience.
 * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to producing marketing materials and presentations.
 * Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
 * Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver work to a high standard.
 * Proactive, solutions-focused, and keen to contribute new ideas.
