Shift Pattern: 5 days, Tuesday to Saturday Working Hours: 1am-10am Tuesday to Friday, 12.00am to 6am Saturdays, * flexibility required due to the job nature Salary: £13.20 per hour Location:Units 4-5 Warehouse Hill, Marsden, Huddersfield, HD7 6AB Every day is different but here are some of the things you will be doing: • bake a variety of breads, including sourdough,focaccias, baguettes, speciality loaves etc. • Scale and Mould a variety of doughs whilst working within a team • Ensure all products meet high-quality standards and are prepared in line with daily orders. • Follow precise baking techniques to maintain consistency and excellence in every batch. • Execute daily production tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and output targets. • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient bakery operations. • Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly handled. • Adhere to all food hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with UK legislation and company policies. • Follow best practices for food handling, storage, and sanitation to ensure product integrity. requirements • Proven experience as an artisan baker or in a similar role for a least 2 years • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality ingredients. • Ability to work very early mornings, • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
