Monday - Friday 8.30 - 4.30, half an hour lunch

At VW Middlesbrough, we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a Sales Administrator. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our department and provide exceptional administrative service. You will report to the Dealership Accountant and have the chance to learn from experienced professionals. Our Administrators are responsible for supporting daily operations with accuracy, knowledge, and efficiency, while delivering first-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately add newly purchased vehicles to stock records
2. Maintain and update vehicle stock records
3. Ensure all vehicle documents (V5s, MOT history, service records) are complete, accurate, and securely filed
4. Tax all sold vehicles in advance of delivery
5. Create accurate sales invoices promptly, aligned with customer order forms
6. Verify documentation and payment before vehicle release to customers
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required. Experience using Kerridge or Keyloop is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers, and work well independently and in a team. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not necessary.
