What Youll Be Doing:
* Partnering with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
* Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
* Driving strategic hiring programs including diversity, graduate intake, and contingent workforce planning.
* Ensuring compliance with internal policies and UK legal requirements.
* Building strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and external partners.
* Supporting staffing transitions related to mergers, acquisitions, and outsourcing.
