Job Description

Qualifications

* University degree in human resources, reward management, business studies, social science, economics, or relevant equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in Total Rewards within a similar industry/environment.
* Influence and resilience within a matrix organizational structure.
* Professional expertise in employment law issues related to Total Rewards, e.g., equal pay and gender pay gap.
