We have an exciting new vacancy for a Conference and Banqueting Team Member to join our team at The Felbridge Hotel Gatwick. Our modern hotel features 116 stylish rooms, a fully equipped gym, and a relaxing leisure and spa area, complete with a heated indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. Conveniently located on the edge of East Grinstead along the A22, were easily accessible from the M23 and M25 motorways, making us commutable from nearby towns such as Royal Tunbridge Wells, Crawley, and Horley.

Your duties will include:
Supporting Food & Beverage operations across Meetings & Events, Restaurant, and Bar
Setting up conference and banqueting rooms for events and functions
Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner
Ensuring all areas are clean, well-presented, and ready for service
Assisting with the smooth running of events, including weddings, conferences, and private functions
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Working flexibly across different areas depending on business needs
About you:
Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is desirable but not essential
A positive attitude with strong customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
