The Opportunity
Robert Half Talent Solutions are recruiting an experienced Interim Financial Controller to lead and stabilise the finance function during a critical period for a fast‑paced, international business.
This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role with responsibility for multiple P&Ls and close partnering with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and stabilise the finance function during a key transition period
2. Full oversight of multiple P&Ls within a complex, international environment
3. Manage, mentor and support an established finance team
4. Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership
5. Operate effectively in a fast‑moving environment with clear expectations and accountability
What We're Looking For
6. Proven Interim Financial Controller (or Finance Director happy to step into an FC role)
7. Strong experience managing multiple P&Ls
8. Comfortable committing to a 6‑month interim assignment
9. Able to work 5 days onsite in West Swindon
10. People‑focused, collaborative and approachable leadership style
11. Able to commute within approximately 40 miles of Swindon, Wiltshire
