HR Operations Manager Position
We are seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead our HR advisory function, managing a high-performing team that delivers expert support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) offering hybrid working arrangements.
Do you have?
* Experience managing or leading HR Shared Services or advisory teams?
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices?
* A customer-first mindset with a focus on service quality and operational performance?
* Experience using data, SLAs, and KPIs to drive team performance and continuous improvement?
* A calm, delivery-focused approach to managing priorities, change, and ambiguity?
