I am looking for a Great Chef - Chef De Partie / Sous Chef - for a fantastic Gastro Pub - farm to plate My Client This is a beautiful Gastro pub with rooms delivering good British cuisine at its best - all dishes are cooked from scratch - farm to plate. They all have extensive wedding facilities and currently dealing with approximately 2 weddings a week throughout peak seasons. The kitchen has recently been refurbished to ensure the Chef team can deliver to the highest expectations.
