Overview

Responsibilities
* Managing the engagement activities with the National and Local Specialty Leads.
* Working with various external stakeholders, undertaking projects to enhance specialty engagement, developing communications materials, running meetings and events, including agenda setting and action management, and responding to queries, including those from DHSC.
* Managing the coordinators and administrators, working with the Health and Care Specialty Managers to allocate work as appropriate.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues within the RDNCC, wider RDN and across the NIHR and liaising with other stakeholders as required.
* Supporting the operational delivery of organisational change, providing mutual support to colleagues and maintaining a positive and flexible approach in how you work and manage your direct reports.
Location and working arrangements
This role will be based in the RDNCC office on Queen Street, Leeds. We work in a hybrid way with an expectation that all RDNCC staff spend at least 40% of their time in the office. We are also open to discussing other flexible working arrangements.
