And they need their first commercial hire to help take it to market properly.
This is a founding AE role. No SDR. No playbook handed to you. Just a strong product, a compelling story, and the autonomy to go build something.
What you'll be doing:
🔍 Building your own outbound pipeline from scratch, cold outreach, events, referrals, the lot
🤝 Running the full sales cycle on deals of £60k+ ACV with multi-stakeholder sign-off
📊 Owning your HubSpot hygiene and forecasting independently from day one
🗣️ Selling into directors, founders, and owner-operators who care about margin and sustainability
🧠 Translating AI-led technology into clear commercial outcomes (no jargon, just ROI)
🚲 Getting into Manchester 1-2x a month to work closely with the founding team
You Should Apply If:
✅ You have 3+ years as a quota-carrying AE in B2B software or SaaS
✅ You've consistently hit or exceeded quota, not just held the title
✅ You've closed deals of £40k+ ACV with director or founder-level sign-off
✅ You've built pipeline from scratch and are comfortable going outbound-first
✅ You've worked as an AE in an early-stage company and know what it means to operate without a safety net
✅ You have a genuine connection to sustainability, whether through what you've sold or what you've studied
✅ You care about the mission, not just the commission
✅ You're based in England and happy to travel to Manchester regularly
