Reporting to Management and/or senior stakeholders to ensure proactive compliance with regulatory requirements and the risk management framework. The Process, Risk and Control Lead will work with management to deliver executive reporting, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a high standard of record keeping, data quality and positive stakeholder management. Strong experience with process mapping tools such as Visio & Mega, to assist with maintaining process maps across the insurance business as well as reporting regularly to ensure maps remain up to date.**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:** Experience working in Process, Risk, Governance, or Internal Controls Strong experience with process mapping tools such as Visio and / or Mega. Ability to manage multiple activities efficiently Strong business writing skills with the ability to articulate technical matters in simple language The ability to move around our office locations nationally (London, Manchester, Brighton, Staines) Demonstrate influencing skills, comfortable challenging senior stakeholders by providing constructive and evidenced based rationaleStrong interpersonal skills - the ability to present confidently to varied audiences.
