GSL Education are currently searching for a reliable Cover Supervisor to work in schools in the S81 area of Worksop. As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will supervise classes, maintain behaviour standards, and support pupils in completing set work while ensuring a positive learning environment. Responsibilities of Cover Supervisor: Supervise classes during teacher absences, following lesson plans. Maintain discipline and encourage positive behaviour. Support pupils with learning tasks and activities. Monitor and report on pupil engagement and progress. Assist teaching staff with classroom preparation and organisation. Requirements: Experience working in a school or classroom setting is desirable. Strong communication and behaviour management skills. Patient, reliable, and proactive approach.
