What you'll be doing
1. Running multi-channel CRM across email, SMS, app + on-site screens
2. Creating 2 monthly resident newsletters
3. Tracking engagement + driving improvements
4. Developing new resident onboarding content like welcome packs and videos
5. Working on partnerships, events, shoots + social content
6. Managing content across the website + resident app

ABOUT YOU
What we're looking for
9. Min. 5 years in a B2C CRM, digital marketing or campaign management role (agency or client-side) - experience in lifestyle, hospitality, retail, subscription or community-led brands (property experience not required and not preferred)
10. Strong CRM experience across email/SMS - from briefing and copywriting to building and deploying in an ESP
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
12. Demonstrable experience in content planning, general marketing delivery, and managing multiple workstreams
13. Outstanding copywriting skills and meticulous attention to detail
14. Experience managing website and/or app content
15. A proactive, adaptable and organised working style - you thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
16. Basic design capability (e.g., Canva)
