Position Details

* Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
* Contract Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and assist pupils with their learning
* Provide one-to-one or small group support for children who need extra help
* Contribute to creating a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
* Encourage and motivate learners to develop confidence and independence
* Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
Requirements
* A recognised Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience supporting children in an educational setting
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
